Bullying Awareness Week is Nov. 13-19, 2011 promoting the theme Stand Up!. Screen It's a Teen's World and make use of the film's educational package to start a discussion among youth about sexual harassment and how to make healthier choices in peer relationships
"It's a Teens World" was featured in the film program at the American Psychologists Association annual convention in Washington DC on August 5, 2011. The screening was followed by a discussion led by prominent social psychologist and author Debbie Then. The APA convention is the largest gathering of psychologists in the world and highlights cutting-edge research of public interest including the hypersexualization of teens and dealing with the dark side of the cyberworld.
