Everyday, teens are exposed to behaviours that feel like sexual pressure. If you make sexual comments or gestures and touch others in ways that make them feel uncomfortable and fearful, this could be sexual harassment or sexual assault. While this behaviour is really common, it shouldn’t be seen as a normal or acceptable way to treat others. You may also be surprised to learn that you could be charged and convicted of a crime if the person you victimized believes you meant to harm them. It’s serious!
Think about your behaviour in the last month. Then take the quiz to find out how much you know about sexual pressures, what role you may be playing and if you’re a leader who can stop it. Be honest!
WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE? Check True or False.
